Frequently asked questions

Start by booking a free 15-minute call with Ben. He'll ask a bit about what's going on for you, explain how he works and answer any questions. If it feels like a good fit, we'll book your first sessions. Can't find a call time that suits? Email hello@zonewellness.com.au and we'll sort something out.

First sessions are usually within one to four weeks of your call with Ben, depending on availability. You can lock in a date during the call. We suggest booking your first two sessions a week or two apart so you can build some momentum. You can book both on the call. Zone Wellness can't respond in a crisis. Your first few sessions are about getting to know you: what's brought you in, what's been going on, and what you'd like to get out of therapy. Ben will work with you to set some goals. The first session is also a chance for you to see how it feels talking with Ben. You don't need to know exactly what you want to work on yet. You can figure that out together.
